PRESS SERVICE


Please forward applications for press and photo reporter passes for specified matches to: rzecznik@gksbelchatow.com by the date given on our regularly updated news service. Applications sent after that date will not be considered.

Main rules appertaining to the press:

1. As a result of the limited number of places, please park within the environs of the sports hall and swimming pool (ul. 1 Maja – please see photo 1)
2. The ONLY entrance for the press is from the sports hall side (ul. 1 Maja – please see photos 2 and 3)
3. Press passes will be issued at the entrance on production of a valid press card
4. There are 4 types of press pass:
a) the honorary, SUPERVIP stand (designation ‘S’)
b) the east, VIP stand (designation ‘W’)
c) a PHOTO pass
d) television pass (‘TV”)
5. an ‘S’ pass gives the holder access to the press section of the main, honorary stand (sector C) (please see photo 4)
6. a ‘W’ pass’ gives the holder access to a designated seat on the east, VIP stand– sector I, row II (please see photo 5)
7. a ‘TV’ pass give the holder access to the pitch, behind a demarcation line
8. Photo reporters holding a permanent or one-time PHOTO pass should report tot the clubhouse (please see photo 6) in order to collect a photo bib, which they will receive on registering. The people issuing the bibs record the reporter’s personal details; thus personal ID is a required. The bibs are numbered and should be returned to the same place after the match.

Photo reporters have access to the pitch behind a demarcation line behind the goalposts, to the MIXED ZONE and to the post-match conference.

The organisers have the right to withdraw allotted passes in the event of a failure to adhere to the foregoing regulations.

Please arrive at the stadium as early as possible (passes are issued 1.5 hours before the commencement of a match)
